Welcome! I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I'm also a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience and a former medicolegal death investigator. I have spent my life learning about humans, how we function, malfunction and how we repair and heal.

I believe bodywork can be a powerful component in any person's wellness. Our goals and needs evolve as we change across the lifespan and healthspan. I try to meet people wherever they are on that journey.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for the resilience and healing capacity of the human body. I bring a trauma informed approach and a holistic, biopsychosocial framework to understand the unique beliefs, goals and needs of each client I work with. I customize each treatment and draw from multiple modalities and traditions.
